You were beyond anything we could have hoped for. As I said before both Ruan and I have always said we’re not particularly comfortable in front of a camera, and the thought of four lenses on us felt even more daunting… but all of you managed to turn that on its head completely. Instead of feeling exposed or awkward, we felt held and at ease, and that is entirely down to you. Every single one of you brought such warmth and radiance - and yes, I mean that for you introverts, too!
There was something so natural about your presence, your banter with each other, the way you moved with such lightness, and how seamlessly you adapted to the chaos of the day. That kind of ease isn’t something you can guarantee when choosing a photographer, but it was such a gift to us, so thank you, profusely.
And beyond that there are the photos…!! The sneak peeks alone are beyond words. They don’t just document the day - they’ve somehow managed to bottle the essence of it, exactly as we wanted it to feel, and more. Every single frame we’ve seen so far has been amazing: who you chose to include, the quiet details you focused on, the atmosphere you captured, the depth in your editing - it’s all breathtaking. Ek sukkel eintlik nogsteeds om die regte woorde te vind, maar elkgeval ek gaan my bes prodeer om my gedagtes neer te pen. Ek kan nie eers besin om vir iou te verduidelik hoe obsessed ek en Arra met die foto's is nie - ons is regtig speechless. Elke keer as ons daarna kyk krv ons trane in ons oe. En ia. ek dink ons het seker al 13 keer (en counting) deur al die foto's gegaan.
So baie dankie vir die massiewe rol wat jy in ons troue gespeel het - jy het regtig alle verwagtinge oortref. Jy is so talentvol en ek is regtig amazed oor hoe jy dit kon reg kry om ons dag so nerfek te encansulate. Elke detail was nerfek vasgevang en elke foto is'n testimony van jou gawes!

I’m based in Cape Town, South Africa - but I absolutely love to travel! Thinking of getting married abroad? I always look forward to discovering new places and to capture your unique love story!
Travel costs are covered within 20km from Cape Town, but any weddings further than 1 hour will require accommodation.
1. Where are you based? Do you travel?
Securing your date is super simple - and exciting, because it means we’re making things official!
All it takes is a signed contract and a 35% booking fee. Once that’s sorted, your wedding date is officially secured into my calendar, and the fun really begins!

You’ll get a little sneak peek within 1 week - just enough to relive the magic and share a few favorites with your loved ones!
Your full gallery will be ready within 2-3 months, beautifully edited and delivered in a private online gallery for you to enjoy, download, and share.
Good things take time, but I promise it’ll be worth the wait!
To book your date, a 35% booking fee is required along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding day. Payment can be made via bank transfer or online invoice (details will be sent).
Don't worry - I’ll send friendly reminders along the way, so everything stays clear and stress-free!
4. What is your payment process like?
A hot meal is always appreciated if I’ll be with you for the full day. Nothing fancy needed — just something warm to keep the energy up!
If you are having a second photographer, or videographer, this includes them too.
5. Do we need to provide food for you?
Absolutely. While I do everything I can to be there for your big day, sometimes life throws a curveball.
If I ever get sick or have an emergency, no worries - I have a trusted network of professional wedding photographers I can call on, all with a similar style and approach. You’d still be in great hands, and I’d make sure the transition is as smooth as possible. Your day is far too important to leave to chance! (And yes, I will still be doing your editing and delivery!)
